Choose this self-valved SAIF model when a long 900mm stroke is needed but running separate valve tubing is costly or impractical. If your application requires less force, stepping down to a 40mm bore yields 628N push at 0.5 MPa; if higher force is needed, a 63mm bore provides 1559N. For this 900mm stroke, ensure adequate side-load protection and use external guide rails to prevent rod binding, as the cushion only decelerates near the end caps and cannot hold a load mid-stroke. For true load-holding or safety locking, consider the SAIL series instead.
When replacing this unit, match the 50mm bore, 900mm stroke, 1/4" cylinder port, 4M210-06 valve (1/8" valve port), DC24V terminal coil, PT thread, and no magnet (-S omitted). Adding an -S magnet enables CMSE reed and DMSE electronic sensors for position feedback.
