The AirTAC SAIF63X125-10B is a double-acting ISO 15552 profile cylinder with a built-in 4M310-10 5/2 solenoid valve, delivering a Cv of 1.68. Driven by a DC24V terminal coil consuming 3.0 W, it integrates pneumatic control directly onto the actuator. The assembly operates within a 0.15-0.8 MPa range, as the valve pilot pressure dictates the practical limit despite the cylinder body rating of 1.0 MPa. At 0.5 MPa, it generates 1559 N of push force.

By default, the piston rod retracts when the coil is energised, but you can reconfigure it to extend-when-energised by repositioning the valve. The manifold connects the valve to the 3/8 cylinder port using O10 x O6.5 PU tubing, while the valve itself features a 3/8 port. This self-switching design eliminates remote plumbing, saving panel space for decentralized machine stations. The valve achieves a max frequency of 4 cycles/sec under no load.
