Driven by an AC220V terminal coil drawing 3.5 VA, it delivers 1559N push force at 0.5 MPa. The built-in valve offers a 25.0mm2 effective area (Cv 1.40) and switches up to 4 cycles per second. Because the valve is mounted directly via a manifold block, it eliminates remote plumbing and saves panel space.
Although the bare cylinder rates to 1.0 MPa, the practical operating range for this valved assembly is 0.15-0.8 MPa. The manifold connects the valve to the cylinder using O10xO6.5 PU tubing. Factory-set to retract the rod when energized, the valve can be repositioned to extend on signal. The unit operates at 30-800mm/s and uses adjustable air cushions at both ends.

Choose this 63mm bore when a 50mm cylinder (982N push at 0.5 MPa) lacks thrust, but an 80mm bore (2513N) is excessive. The integrated 4M310-08 valve with a 1/4" valve port makes it ideal for decentralized stations where running separate air lines is costly. For load-holding, note the 5/2 valve routes air but is not a lock; consider SAIL for mechanical clamping. Replacement requires matching the 160mm stroke, 3/8" cylinder port, PT threads, AC220V terminal coil, and standard carbon steel rod.
At 160mm stroke, side loads are minimal, but ensuring proper guide alignment will maximize seal life. To add position sensing, specify the -S option for CMSE reed or DMSE electronic sensors.
