When ordering a replacement, match the 63mm bore, 175mm stroke, 10 valve port (3/8), DC24V voltage, terminal entry, PT thread, and standard non-magnet piston.
For this 175mm stroke, ensure adequate guidance to prevent excessive side loads on the rod.
