The AirTAC SAIF63X225S-10B is a double-acting ISO 15552 profile cylinder with a built-in 4M310-10 5/2 solenoid valve, delivering a Cv of 1.68 and a 30 mm2 effective orifice. Driven by a DC24V terminal entry coil consuming 3.0 W, it switches directly from one signal. The integrated valve operates at 0.15-0.8 MPa, setting the practical working range for the assembly despite the cylinder body rating to 1.0 MPa. At 0.5 MPa it generates 1559 N of push force.

This model includes a magnet for CMSE reed and DMSE electronic sensors. The manifold connects the valve to the cylinder via O10 x O6.5 PU tubing. The factory setting retracts the piston rod when the coil is energised, but you can reposition the valve to extend-when-energised. By controlling itself, it eliminates remote plumbing, saves panel space, and suits decentralized machine stations.
