Because the 4M310 valve operates at 0.15-0.8 MPa, the practical working range for this assembled unit is 0.15-0.8 MPa, even though the bare cylinder rates to 1.0 MPa.
This configuration delivers 1559 N of push force and 1402 N of pull force at 0.5 MPa. The self-valved SAIF design beats a separate cylinder and remote valve setup by cutting plumbing complexity and wiring down to a single DC24V coil signal. For replacement, match the 63mm bore, 800mm stroke, 08 (1/4) valve port, DC24V voltage, terminal entry, PT thread, and -S magnet. Because the stroke is 800mm, ensure adequate guiding to prevent excessive side loads on the rod. Note that the built-in 5/2 valve routes air but does not lock the load; for true position holding under pressure loss, consider the SAIL lock or BSAI clamp-lock variants.
