This integrated manifold uses O10 x O6.5 PU tubing to connect the valve block to the cylinder body, which features a PT3/8 cylinder port and a larger PT3/8 valve port. Driven by a DC24V terminal entry coil drawing 3.0 W, it responds in 0.05 s and carries an IP65 rating. The 4M310-10 valve provides a 30.0 mm2 effective area (Cv 1.68) and switches up to 4 cycles per second.

While the bare cylinder body rates to 1.0 MPa, the operating pressure of the assembled SAIF unit is 0.15-0.8 MPa because the internal pilot valve limits the working range. In its factory setting, the piston rod retracts when the coil is energised, but you can reconfigure it to extend-when-energised by repositioning the valve.
