At 0.5 MPa it generates 2513 N of push force and 2268 N of pull force, scaling to 4523 N push at 0.9 MPa. The manifold connects to the cylinder via O10 x O6.5 PU tubing, and the valve port (3/8 inch) differs from the cylinder port (also 3/8 inch). The AC110V terminal coil offers IP65 protection and a 0.05 s response time. Stroke is 335mm; for any stroke over 300mm, use a guide to prevent side loads and ensure seal longevity. Remember that the 5/2 valve routes air but does not lock the load; without live pressure the rod will move. The air cushion only decelerates near stroke end. For true position holding, consider an AirTAC SAIL pneumatic lock or BSAI clamp-lock cylinder.
