If you need less force, stepping down to an 80 mm bore yields 2513 N; if you need more, stepping up to a 160 mm bore provides 10053 N. The SAIJ125X1000-10 is selected over a fixed-stroke SAI specifically for commissioning flexibility, letting you fine-tune the end position on a 1000 mm stroke by up to 10 mm during product changeovers.

Because this is a 1000 mm stroke, the unsupported rod length requires an external guide to prevent side-load damage, as the 32 mm rod and M27x2 thread can only handle so much leverage. This SKU uses the reduced SAIJ mounting set (Basic, FA, LB, TC, FTC, TCM1, TCM2) and omits FB, CA, CB, and CR brackets. For load-holding without continuous air pressure, select a SAIL or BSAI cylinder instead.
