Maintain 0.5-1mm alignment tolerance during mounting. For vertical installations exceeding 45° angle,
use rod-end support brackets (AJA-80 series recommended). Adjust cushion screws incrementally -
overtightening may cause piston rebound. Perform initial lubrication purge (5 full cycles) before commissioning.

The adjustable stopper mechanism requires re-torquing (4.5N·m) after 500 operating hours
during break-in period. Never exceed 85% of maximum stroke during initial 50 cycles.
