One coil signal drives the actuator, eliminating remote plumbing and saving a manifold slot. The extruded aluminum barrel is shorter than an ISO 15552 cylinder of the same bore. It has a 100mm bore, 250mm stroke, 1/2" cylinder port, and an M20x1.5 rod thread.
Operating within the 0.15-0.8 MPa valve window, it delivers 3927N push force at 0.5MPa. The integrated 4M310-08 valve has a 1/4" port, Cv 1.4, and runs up to 4 cycles/sec. The DC24V coil offers IP65 protection with terminal entry. For sizing, the safe working load is roughly 2356N (60% of the 0.5MPa push), allowing a vertical lift of about 200kg with a 2:1 margin. Because the 250mm stroke is under 300mm, side-load guides are less critical, but always guide the load. The valve only routes air; it is not a lock. For load holding on air loss, add an external rod lock or pilot-operated check valve. This non-S model cannot accept magnetic switches.
