The AirTAC Airtac SAUF Series Valve-Mounted Air Cylinder SAUF32X150-06B is a genuine double-acting profile-type cylinder with a Ø32mm bore, 150mm stroke and a built-in 4M210-06 5/2 solenoid valve — it switches itself from one coil signal, so no separate remote valve or extra plumbing is needed.
The SAUF32X150-06B is a double-acting profile cylinder with a built-in AirTAC 4M210-06 5/2 solenoid valve on the cap. One DC24V coil signal drives the rod, eliminating remote plumbing and saving a manifold slot. The extruded aluminum barrel is shorter than an ISO 15552 unit of the same bore. This 32mm bore uses a 1/8" cylinder port, a M10x1.25 rod thread, and 21mm adjustable cushions.
Operating strictly within the 0.15-0.8 MPa valve window, it delivers 402N push and 345N pull at 0.5 MPa. The integrated valve flows 14 mm2 (Cv 0.78) at up to 5 cycles/sec. For sizing, the safe working load is roughly 241N (60% of the 0.5MPa push), and it can vertically lift about 20kg with a 2:1 margin. This terminal-entry, PT-threaded SKU lacks a magnet (-S), so it cannot accept a magnetic switch.

The cylinder rates to 1.0 MPa but the built-in valve operates 0.15–0.8 MPa, so run the assembled SAUF at 0.15–0.8 MPa. Default: rod retracts when the coil is energised (reconfigurable to extend). Specs follow the official AirTAC SAUF datasheet. Port options: PT / G.

Sized within the valve's 0.15–0.8 MPa range. Actual usable force is lower than theoretical due to friction and back-pressure.

SAUF does not hold its load without air — the valve routes air, it is not a lock. For a held load, add an external rod lock or a pilot-operated check valve.
Distributes independent clamping across a large machine. Each 32mm actuator switches from its own DC24V coil, removing long tube runs back to a central manifold.
Uses the 4M210 valve's 5 cycle/sec speed for rapid part rejection. The compact profile fits tight conveyor spaces, and the 1/8" cylinder port matches the 1/8" valve port.
Handles light diverter arms. The integrated valve eliminates a remote valve island, saving installation time while delivering 402N push at 0.5 MPa.
Size force between the 32mm bore and the 40mm neighbor: this 32mm unit pushes 402N at 0.5 MPa, while the 40mm reaches 628N. Both operate within the 0.15-0.8 MPa valve range, despite the cylinder body rating to 1.0 MPa. Confirm the DC24V terminal entry and PT threads suit your control panel. The rod retracts when the coil energizes; reposition the valve to reverse this to extend-when-energised. Because the valve only routes air, add an external rod lock or pilot-operated check valve to hold loads safely. For this 150mm stroke, guide the mechanism to manage side loads.
Quick checklist
It pushes 402N and pulls 345N at 0.5 MPa. The built-in valve is a 4M210-06 (1/8" port, Cv 0.78) running on DC24V. Although the cylinder body rates to 1.0 MPa, the assembled unit must operate within the 0.15-0.8 MPa valve window.
By default the rod retracts when the coil is energized, but you can reposition the valve to extend on signal. The 5/2 valve only routes air, so it is not a load lock; add an external rod lock or pilot-operated check valve to prevent drift on air loss.
