The SAUF50X700S-06B is a double-acting profile-type cylinder with a built-in AirTAC 4M210 5/2 solenoid valve on the cap. One DC24V coil signal drives the actuator, eliminating remote plumbing and saving a manifold slot. The extruded aluminum barrel is shorter than an ISO 15552 cylinder of the same bore. The 1/4" cylinder port and M16x1.5 rod thread handle the 700mm stroke.
Size force within the 0.15-0.8 MPa valve window, where it delivers 982N push and 825N pull at 0.5MPa. This yields a safe working load of roughly 589N, or a 50kg vertical lift with a 2:1 margin. Select between this 50mm bore (982N push at 0.5MPa) and the 40mm bore (628N) or 63mm bore (1559N) based on your load. Confirm the DC24V terminal entry and PT threads. The default action retracts the rod when energised; reposition the valve to extend on signal. Operate at 0.15-0.8 MPa because the built-in valve limits the assembly below the 1.0MPa cylinder body rating. The valve only routes air, so add an external rod lock or pilot-operated check valve to hold loads. For the 700mm stroke, use external guides to prevent rod bending and side loads.
