The SAUF80X80-80A is a double-acting profile cylinder with a built-in AirTAC 4M310-08 5/2 solenoid valve on the cap. One coil signal drives the actuator, eliminating remote plumbing and saving a manifold slot. The extruded aluminum barrel is shorter than an ISO 15552 unit of the same bore. It features a 3/8" cylinder port, an M20x1.5 rod thread, and 28mm adjustable cushions.
Operating strictly within the valve's 0.15-0.8 MPa window, it generates 2513 N push and 2268 N pull at 0.5 MPa. A practical safe working load is roughly 1508 N, capable of a 128 kg vertical lift with a 2:1 margin. The 1/4" valve port yields a Cv of 1.4 and cycles up to 4 times per second. The AC220V terminal coil is IP65 rated. Note this SKU lacks a magnet and cannot accept a sensor.
