When sizing this 125 mm bore option, verify if the 6136 N push at 0.5 MPa provides enough margin, or step up to the 160 mm bore for 10053 N. If your application requires position feedback, select the -S magnet variant to enable CMSG, DMSG, or EMSG sensors. At the maximum standard stroke of 1500 mm, the 32 mm rod is highly susceptible to bending under side loads; always use external guide rails to support the load and prevent rod damage.

Remember that a standard double-acting cylinder drifts when air is lost or the valve is centered. The adjustable 40 mm air cushions only decelerate the piston near the end of travel and do not act as a brake. To suspend a vertical load safely, install an external rod lock or a pilot-operated check valve.
