Delivering massive thrust for heavy industry, this double-acting ISO 15552 tie-rod cylinder pushes with 24543 N at 0.5 MPa. Its four steel tie rods clamp the aluminium barrel to the covers for extreme rigidity under high loads. Plan for about 14726 N of real work at 0.5 MPa, or roughly 1251 kg lifted vertically with a 2:1 safety margin.

This 250 mm bore variant features a 50 mm rod, a G1 air port, and a 60 mm adjustable air cushion at both ends. Note that TPU seals are not offered here; the front-cover packing and buffer gasket are NBR. Because this specific SKU lacks the -S magnet, it cannot accept CMSG, DMSG or EMSG position switches.
