The four steel tie rods clamp the aluminum barrel to the covers for extreme rigidity under high loads. A two-way piston seal maintains an internal oil reservoir for long service life. The standardized ISO 15552 mounting interface ensures it drops directly into existing large-bore fixtures. It features a G1 air port, an M42x2.0 rod thread, and 60 mm adjustable air cushions at both ends. Because this is a 250 mm bore, TPU seals are unavailable; it uses NBR front-cover packing and buffer gaskets, with a Viton H option for 0-150 C environments.
