Delivering 23562 N of thrust in both directions at 0.5 MPa, this large-bore ISO 15552 tie-rod cylinder uses a twin-rod piston to equalize output force. The design outputs a rod from each end, providing symmetric load paths and excellent anti-rotation guidance for heavy industrial tooling. Four steel tie rods clamp the aluminum barrel securely to the covers.

It features a G1 air port, a 50 mm piston rod, and 60 mm adjustable air cushions at both ends. Because this is a 250 mm bore, TPU seals are unavailable and NBR gaskets are standard, though a Viton H option extends operating temperatures to 0-150 C. With a safe working load around 14137 N, it can reliably lift approximately 1201 kg vertically with a 2:1 safety margin.
