The AirTAC SIJ80X700-10S is a double-acting single-rod ISO 15552 adjustable-stroke cylinder, now discontinued and replaced by the drop-in SAIJ80X700-10S. It features a 700 mm nominal extend stroke and a 10 mm external stop screw window, allowing you to trim the extend stroke by up to 10 mm on-site (usable range 690-700 mm). The stop screw sets the end position but is NOT a load lock. This 80 mm bore uses a G3/8 port, M20x1.5 rod thread, and 36 mm adjustable cushions, delivering 2513 N push and 2268 N pull at 0.5 MPa.
The SAIJ replacement retains the exact interface, force, and mounting, but upgrades to a two Y-shaped one-way piston seal for lower start-up pressure and longer life. Based on the 0.5 MPa push force, the safe working load is roughly 1508 N (60% of 2513 N), translating to a vertical lift capacity of about 128 kg with a 2:1 margin. Note that a plain cylinder drifts on air loss; for held loads use an external rod lock or the SAIL/BSAI variants.
