TCL Series Three-Rod Cylinder (AirTAC)
1. Compliant with JIS industrial standards;
2. Dual precision guide rods manufactured from bearing steel, guided by either linear ball bearings or bronze sliding bearings for enhanced performance:
★ Linear ball bearings: Ideal for lifting applications requiring high precision, heavy load capacity and low friction movement.
★ Bronze sliding bearings: Superior radial load resistance with 2X higher lateral impact resistance and enhanced torsional stiffness compared to standard brake cylinders, optimal for braking operations.
3. Integrated design combines driving unit and guiding mechanism within single body structure, minimizing spatial requirements while offering selectable port positions for flexible installation;
4. Precision positioning through dual locating holes on base face, rear face and mounting plate (refer to PA and XX reference holes in outline drawing), with optional high-precision alignment solutions;
5. Four magnetic sensor grooves enable multiple proximity switch configurations;
