Installation guidelines:
Maintain horizontal mounting orientation for optimal load distribution.
Use locknuts (M6) with 12N·m tightening torque. Lubricate with ISO VG32
hydraulic oil before initial operation. Allow 2mm clearance around moving
parts for thermal expansion. Regular maintenance interval: 2,000km of
cumulative travel or 6 months.
Critical notes:
Avoid side load exceeding 50N. Maximum allowable moment: 15N·m.
For vertical installations, use with counterbalance valves.
Not suitable for vacuum applications without modification.
