Installation guidelines:
Align stopper surface perpendicular to workpiece path. Lubricate through air port with ISO VG32 pneumatic oil during initial setup. Allow 20mm clearance behind cylinder for stroke adjustment.
Critical note:
Do NOT use as primary safety device. Requires mechanical backup in E-STOP conditions. Maximum side load tolerance decreases by 15% when operated above 0.7 MPa.
