Installation recommendations:1. Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil before initial use
2. Maintain 0.3mm minimum clearance between stopper and workpiece
3. Use M6 mounting bolts (Grade 8.8 or higher) with torque ≤12 N·m
4. Install air filter (5μm+) upstream for optimal seal life
Avoid side load forces exceeding 50N. For vertical installations,
use counterbalance valves when handling loads >5kg. Maximum lateral misalignment: ±0.5mm.
