Installation protocol:
Apply 1.5-2 wraps of PTFE tape on male threads. Use two wrenches during assembly -
one to counter-hold the female end while tightening. Avoid exceeding 2.0 N·m torque
to prevent thread deformation. Pressure test at 1.5× operating pressure after installation.
Fluid Compatibility:
Compressed air (ISO 8573-1 Class 3), inert gases, and hydraulic oils with viscosity ≤46 cSt.
Not recommended for steam or acidic media.
