Installation note:
Apply 1.5–2 wraps of PTFE tape on male threads at 30° offset angle.
Use calibrated torque wrench to prevent brass deformation.
Avoid contact with ammonia-based lubricants to prevent stress corrosion.
- Inspect O-rings every 6 months or 5,000 actuations
- Lubricate with PAG-based grease (ISO VG32 equivalent)
- Max re-tightening cycles: 3 times before seal replacement
