Precision-machined terminal fitting featuring dual sealing surfaces and anti-vibration locknut design. The 30° cone seat ensures leak-free connections in high-cycle applications. Electro-polished internal bore minimizes flow turbulence and particle retention.

Installation protocol:
Apply 2-3 wraps of PTFE tape on male threads (grade B pipe threads).
Torque to 12-15 N·m using backup wrench on hex flats.
Avoid overtightening which may distort sealing geometry.
Compatibility:
Designed for use with AirTAC ABP/ABQ series manifolds.
Not recommended for steam or aggressive chemical media without FKM seals.
Annual seal inspection required in continuous duty applications.
