Precision-machined port sealing solution for pneumatic systems, featuring anti-vibration thread design with 20% increased engagement surface. The recessed O-ring prevents extrusion under pulsation. Compatible with ISO 1179-2 port standards.

Installation protocol:
Apply thread sealant only on male threads (not recommended for O-ring seat).
Tighten until O-ring compresses 0.3-0.5mm (1/4 turn after finger-tight).
Re-torque after 48hrs thermal cycling.
