Installation Protocol:
Apply 2-3 drops of pneumatic oil (ISO VG32) to thread interface before assembly.
Tighten to 1.2–1.5 N·m torque. Avoid overtightening beyond 300° rotation to prevent seal deformation.
Maintenance Note:
Inspect for particulate buildup every 500 operating hours. Not compatible with ester-based lubricants or phosphate ester hydraulic fluids.
