Installation Guidelines:
Apply 2-3 drops of pneumatic oil (ISO VG32) to thread interface before assembly.
For optimal performance, maintain 5–8mm clearance from heat sources.
Maximum recommended rotation speed: 15 RPM continuous operation.
Critical Note:
Avoid using silicone-based lubricants which may degrade NBR seals.
Always perform flow calibration at 0.3MPa working pressure.
Torque limit: 1.5N·m maximum during installation.
