High-flow T-connector featuring tool-free installation and 360° rotatable ports for flexible piping layouts. The tapered thread design ensures airtight sealing even under pulsating pressure conditions. Internal flow channels are polished to Ra0.8μm for minimal pressure drop.

Installation best practice:
Cut tubing ends square (max 0.5° deviation) and deburr before insertion.
For vertical installations, support tubing within 150mm of connector.
Perform pressure test at 1.25× max operating pressure during commissioning.
Compatibility Notice:
Not compatible with ester-based lubricants. Use phosphate-ester resistant grease if needed.
Maximum reconnection cycles: 30 times (with original tubing).
