Installation guidelines:
Mount horizontally with vacuum port facing downward. Maintain minimum 30cm distance from electromagnetic interference sources.
Use anti-vibration washers when installed on moving carriages. Pre-charge system with 0.3 MPa air before vacuum engagement.
