Installation guidelines:
Mount vertically with vacuum port downward. Maintain 1.5x port diameter
straight tubing at outlet. Use 5μm precision filter upstream. Optimal
performance achieved with 0.45-0.55MPa regulated supply pressure.
Performance Tip:
For fragile object handling, pair with analog vacuum sensor (VSU-04 series)
and adjustable flow control valve (ASL-02) to prevent workpiece deformation.
