Maintenance protocol:
Perform monthly manual cycling during standby periods. Use locknuts with 1.2-1.5Nm torque during installation.
Avoid mounting near high-frequency vibration sources (>50Hz). For horizontal mounting, install drip leg upstream.
Critical notes:
Not compatible with phosphate ester fluids. Maximum allowable ambient humidity 85% RH.
Install surge suppressor when using AC coils with PLCs. Allow 15-minute cooldown after 2hr continuous operation.
