Installation Guidelines:
Mount in vibration-free location using M5 mounting screws (torque ≤0.8N·m).
Maintain 15mm clearance around exhaust ports for proper venting.
Use 5μm filtration with automatic drainage for compressed air supply.
Critical Note:
When using FKM seals, limit maximum ambient temperature to 120℃.
Avoid silicone-based lubricants - use phosphate ester-compatible grease only.
