Installation guidelines:
Use M10 class 8.8 mounting bolts with spring washers.
Maintain 0.5-1mm clearance between cylinder base and mounting surface for thermal expansion.
Rod end alignment tolerance ≤0.2mm/m.
Critical note:
Not compatible with phosphate ester fluids. Maximum side load capacity 850N at mid-stroke.
Replace wear bands after 3,000km cumulative piston movement.
