Heavy-duty ISO cylinder engineered for construction equipment applications. Features triple sealing system (rod seal, buffer seal, and wiper) with integrated shock absorption. The hardened piston rod surface (HRC 45-50) withstands side loads common in excavator arm linkages. Optional magnetic piston version (B04-SAI40X175-M) available for position sensing.

Installation protocol:
Use M10 class 8.8 mounting bolts with Loctite 243. Maintain 0.5-1mm alignment tolerance during installation. For vertical mounting, install rod end downward to prevent condensate accumulation. Requires 5-10μm filtration for extended seal life.
