Installation note:
For vertical mounting applications exceeding 45° inclination, install external guide mechanisms.
Lubricate through air port (ISO VG32 or equivalent) during initial setup. Maintain 0.3mm minimum
rod-end clearance for thermal expansion.
- Inspect rod seals every 500,000 cycles in dusty environments
- Replace cushion seals when deceleration time exceeds 120% of initial value
- Use filtered air (40μm) with oil mist lubrication (1-2 drops/m³)

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
