Installation note:
Use ISO 21287 mounting accessories only. Maintain 0.5° maximum angular misalignment during installation.
For vertical mounting, install rod end downward to prevent condensate accumulation. Apply MIL-PRF-16173E
corrosion preventive compound in coastal environments.
- Replace rod wiper seals every 2,000 operating hours
- Inspect piston rod for scoring monthly (10μm maximum allowable wear)
- Use ISO 6743-4 HM-VG32 hydraulic oil for relubrication
