Installation Guidelines:
Requires perpendicular mounting surface with flatness ≤0.1mm/m².
Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil before initial operation.
For vertical installations, use rod-down orientation to prevent condensate accumulation.
- Relubricate every 2,000km of cumulative stroke movement
- Inspect rod seal wear every 500 operating hours in high particulate environments
- Replace buffer seals after 1 million cycles in impact-heavy applications

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
