Installation guidelines:
Requires minimum 40μm filtration with water separator.
For vertical mounting applications, install rod-end down to prevent condensate accumulation.
Torque values: Mounting bolts 120-140N·m, rod end nut 180-200N·m.
- Daily: Visual inspection for rod surface scratches
- 500hrs: Lubricator oil replenishment (ISO VG32)
- 2000hrs: Full seal replacement recommended
