Installation protocol:
Use M6x25 grade 8.8 mounting bolts (torque 8-10Nm). Maintain 0.5mm minimum alignment tolerance between cylinder axis and load path. Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil during assembly. Requires 5μm filtered air with automatic drain.
- Daily: Visual inspection for rod scoring
- 500hrs: Wiper seal replacement
- 2000hrs: Full seal kit replacement
- 10,000 cycles: Cushion needle adjustment

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
