Installation guidelines:
Use M8 grade 8.8 mounting bolts with Loctite 243 threadlocker.
Maintain 0.5-1mm alignment tolerance during installation.
For vertical mounting, install rod-down position with drip collar.
- Daily: Visual inspection for rod scoring
- 500hrs: Lubricator check (oil mist type recommended)
- 2,000hrs: Full seal replacement
- 5,000hrs: Pressure testing and barrel inspection
