Installation protocol:
Use locknuts with 45-55 N·m torque specification. Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil
during assembly. Maintain 0.3mm minimum clearance around rod for thermal expansion.
Environment requirement:
Requires 5-40μm filtration with automatic drain. Avoid continuous operation above 70℃
without air flow cooling. Replace seals every 500km stroke movement in high-load cycles.
