Heavy-duty pneumatic cylinder engineered for construction equipment applications. Features triple chrome-plated piston rod with 0.03mm Ra surface roughness for dust resistance. The dual-seal structure combines primary polyurethane and secondary NBR seals for enhanced contamination resistance. Pre-lubricated with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil for maintenance-free operation.

Installation guidelines:
Requires minimum 40μm filtration. For vertical mounting, use locknut (KM-80) to prevent rod rotation.
Lubrication interval: 2,000km stroke distance or 6 months (whichever comes first).
Critical note:
Avoid angular misalignment exceeding 0.5°. Use rod-end spherical bearings (MB-20 series recommended)
when lateral forces exceed 15% of maximum thrust.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
