Installation note:
For vertical mounting, use auxiliary rod support. Maintain 0.5-1mm alignment tolerance during mounting.
Apply Loctite 243 to mounting screws (8.8 grade minimum). Pre-charge cushion screws before operation.
Critical maintenance:
Replace rod wipers every 500km stroke movement in high dust environments.
Never exceed 1MPa pressure with maximum side load (350N).
