Installation protocol:
Maintain ≤0.5mm alignment tolerance during mounting. For vertical installations,
use dual guide rods for stability. Lubricate every 500,000 cycles with ISO VG32
hydraulic oil if used in continuous duty applications.
Critical note:
Requires 5-7μm filtration to prevent abrasive wear. Not compatible with
phosphate ester-based lubricants. Maximum side load capacity: 35N.
