Compatible with clean dry air (40μm filtration) or nitrogen gas operation.

Critical Notes:
Requires ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 3-4-3 compressed air. Avoid lateral loads exceeding 30N.
For vertical mounting, use rod-down orientation. Lubricate with ISO VG32 turbine oil if used in high-cycle (>5Hz) applications.
