Operation Guidelines:
Maintain 0.3-0.6 MPa working pressure for optimal seal life. Lubricate monthly with ISO VG32 oil.
Use dry air with dew point -20℃ below ambient temperature. Avoid phosphoric ester-based lubricants.
- For vertical mounting: Add 15% safety factor to load calculations
- Max side load: 150N at mid-stroke (reduce to 90N at stroke ends)
- Recommended cycle rate: ≤60 cpm (with cushioning adjusted)

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
