Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil before initial use. For adjustable stroke setting:
1) Loosen locking nut
2) Rotate end cap to desired position using scale markings
3) Retighten nut to 3.5-4.5 N·m torque
Avoid side load exceeding 30N during operation.
Maintenance:
Replace wear rings every 500,000 cycles in high-speed applications (>1 m/s).
Keep rod surface free from particulate contamination. Not recommended for
continuous rotation applications without angular compensator.
