Use M20×1.5 mounting bolts (Grade 8.8 or higher) with 35-45 Nm torque.
Maintain 0.3-0.6 mm alignment tolerance during rail mounting. Lubricate
rod with Pneumatic System Oil ISO VG32 monthly.

high-frequency cycling (>120 CPM). Requires 20μm filtration minimum.
